This is a beautiful French Impressionist Painting from Circa 1880 in a stunning Frame. The Painting dates to Circa 1880 and is monogrammed 'LD'. It is Oil on Board and very well executed. The riparian theme is common for that period and the quality of the frame with superb detail suggests a serious artist from that time. I have requested assistance from The Courtauld Institute so I may have more information on this painting to follow.
